Childhood Comics

A very lovely project initiated by Karev Fund and the Isreali Comics Museum, has gathered 11 artists to contribute each an illustrated double spread of a personal childhood experience. The illustrated stories form a beautiful “workbook” to be delivered to schools, where children can also add their own personal experience in the blank pages at the end of the workbook, as well as fill in their own interpretation in the small space left for them on each artist’s spread.
Artists participating: Aya Gordon-Noy, Guy Morad, Gilad Seliktar, Daniel Goldstein, Tali Menashes, Michel Kichka, Nir Molad, Noam Nadav, Amos Elenbogen, Shay Charka and myself. It is edited by Iris Argaman and Amnon Zilber and designed by Keren and Golan Studio. I haven’t seen it yet but i’ve been told it came out beautiful. Enclosed is the invitation and my own piece.
